Sebastian Wenzel's factory is located in the heart of European wavesailing, just a few minutes away from famous Guincho Beach on the West Coast of Portugal.

Here, under Sebastian's expertise is where the latest shape and design trends merge with the most advanced techniques in building windsurfboards.

Shaping for more than five years for Fanatic and some of the world's best windsurfers has enabled Sebastian to grasp and use feedback and information from past and current champions to perfect his designs.

His close ties with leading manufacturers throughout the world also provides him with the "right mix" to ensure that any board shaped by Sebastian is designed to the highest level available. 

From big Formula Boards to the smallest waveboard everything is shaped by Sebastian. 

Only the best materials are used to construct the board. Carbon, Aramid and S-Glass fibers in combination with high density PVC-Foams, and an EPS Core are used to get a maximum performance of a light, strong and durable sandwich construction.
